I believe in a holistic model of the body; that the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being are all interconnected. When you create a positive change in one aspect of your being, it creates healing in all of the other aspects as well. Conversely, when you experience stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, it is stored in the body; you may feel tight and sore, emotionally overwhelmed, or a racing mind. The practices of yoga and reiki have been useful in the cultivation of self acceptance, personal growth, and inner peace for over 4,000 years. I specialize in trauma informed yin yoga, yoga nidra, and offer reiki energy for individuals and groups. New to reiki or yoga? Great! All you need to get started is the openness to give it a try.

Erin believes in the practice of radical self acceptance and making yoga accessible to all bodies by emphasizing function over form, and teaches people over teaching poses.
