About Amy Benjamin

I am a growth nerd at my core. I believe we grow in connection with others. And while growth can be incredibly challenging and difficult, it can also be immensely rewarding and liberating.

I care deeply about transformation because I’ve lived meaningful change in my own life. I know first-hand that it is possible to move out of pain and trauma and into a place of healing, flourishing, and thriving as we connect more fully to our authentic selves.

I am committed to building safe, collaborative, accepting environments for my clients to engage with their stories and move toward change.

My professional lens is grounded in empathy and informed by neuroscience, evidence-based interventions and a person-centered approach.

I join Alpine Lakes Counseling Center as an intern, currently completing my final work at Regis University in the Master of Arts in Counseling program. I welcome the opportunity to connect with your story and partner with you as you take the next step in becoming more fully human and free.
