Anxiety Management Group for Adults

This anxiety management group for adults will meet virtually on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm. Contact us to sign up to be a part of this group and learn effective strategies for lowering anxious distress!

A 6-week group beginning Wednesday, June 30th from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm

Meets weekly Wednesdays 6pm-7:15 pm

$60/person/session. Some insurance accepted!

Group therapy is a great supplement to Individual Therapy! We will share techniques that help regulate your nervous system, help reduce and/or manage symptoms of anxiety, and will support (and sometimes speed up) the work you are doing in individual therapy. 

Share space with others who are on the quest to manage their anxiety, calm stress, and find peace. 

There is something really supportive and validating when you find out you are not alone in your daily challenges with anxiety and stress. Joining a  group of people can sometimes feel anxiety-provoking, we totally get it! If you need support easing yourself into a group setting. Reach out! We can support you in this process. 

We know once you are comfortable with the group members, it can feel really safe and supportive to share experiences and exchange ideas for managing and coping with symptoms of anxiety. 

This group will be led by Clinicians who are trained to teach effective skills for managing symptoms of anxiety and stress so you can lead a more peaceful and intentional life! You will not only leave this group feeling equipped to better regulate your mood throughout the day. You will have a lifelong connection to a mental wellness community available to support your ongoing needs.
