Free Grief Support Group and Meditation for Adults
Weekly on Tuesday from 9:00 am-10:30 am
Every Tuesday morning, we will be holding space together.
The first 30 minutes will be a guided meditation, followed by a one-hour support group.
You are welcome to come for all or part of the group, participating in whatever capacity you are able.
The support group is a space for confidential and structured conversations for those who have experienced grief and loss. Last year was a very challenging year for most. Many lost loved ones, employment, and a sense of stability and security. And just this year, we experienced yet another shooting. This group is also for those who lost loved ones to the atrocity in Boulder, Colorado. OR feel impacted by the ongoing stress in the media.
You may have experienced tragedy or loss prior to 2020, this group is still for you.
Group Support can be incredibly healing and meaningful. It is already hard, and you do not have to go through it alone.
