Taking charge of your mental health and healing can be a challenging and daunting process, but it doesn’t have to be done alone. I strive to provide counseling in a safe, supportive environment that is free of judgement. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help individuals with improving their mental health and personal wellbeing.
Hannah Elliott is a graduate student completing an internship at Alpine Lakes Counseling Center. She received her BS in Family Consumer and Human Development from Utah State University, and she is working on her Masters of Social Work at Arizona State University. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, primarily adolescents. She can provide help with anxiety, depression, building self esteem, recovering from trauma, and developing a personal identity.
