Lynsey Chapman

Lynsey Chapman obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2017, where she graduated with honors. She is in her final stretch of her Masters in Counseling at Regis University. While completing her internship toward licensure at Alpine Lakes Holistic Counseling and Wellness Center, Lynsey will be providing individual and group therapy sessions by creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment. She uses a holistic, person-centered approach to address mental health, wellness, and healing.

Lynsey encourages individuals to explore the influence of the mind, body, identity, culture, and relationships on their life experiences. She works collaboratively to create solutions and help her clients live a life that’s aligned with their values and goals. She believes that we all have the inner strength and resilience to grow through what we go through.

Lynsey specializes in working with minority populations, people of color, chronic pain and illness, anxiety, and depression. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults.
